Kate's path to real estate began in the high-level world of pharmaceutical sales, where she spent over a decade in strategic consultation and sales, gaining expertise in product placement and negotiation at the highest levels. That foundation, reading a room, structuring a deal, and closing with precision, continues to define how she operates today.
